- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove the eggs and immediately place them in an ice water bath for 10 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, black pepper, and turkey bacon.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- Make sure to cool the eggs quickly for easier peeling.
