1 cup dill pickle slices
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray for frying
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the pickle slices dry with a paper towel.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each pickle slice first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the breaded pickle slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with cooking spray.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
