  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in the melted butter and sugar.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, whisking until well combined.
  5. Stir in the baking soda and salt.
  6. Add the flour and mix until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. While the cake cools, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for the frosting.
  9. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
