Artichoke Bites

Delicious and easy to make, Artichoke Bites are a perfect appetizer for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package of puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the artichoke mixture on each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve warm for the best flavor.
  • Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
