- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package of puff pastry
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the artichoke mixture on each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
