  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
