BAKED FETA PASTA RECIPE

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center and surround it with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until the feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Once baked, combine the feta mixture with the cooked pasta and basil.
  7. Toss until well combined and enjoy!
