BAKED FETA PASTA RECIPE

A simple yet delicious twist on classic pasta with baked feta and turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the feta cheese, chopped turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Once the feta mixture is done, remove from the oven and stir to combine.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the dish and mix well.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
