  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture over the pork chops on both sides.
  4. Place the pork chops in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
