  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sear the pork chops in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Season the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the seared pork chops in a baking dish and pour the chicken broth over them.
  6. Top the pork chops with the crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
