- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter to the bananas, mixing until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
