Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
