- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
