  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a second and place them in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Slice bananas and layer them on top of the mascarpone.
  7. Repeat the layer with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
