  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef tips and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove beef and add onions and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until they are browned.
  5. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
  7. Return beef to the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
