  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef tenderloin pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  5. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and thyme; stir well.
