- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet, mixing well.
- Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cooked ziti pasta.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the pasta mixture, followed by half of the meat sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
