  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half, then place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
