Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and then add cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow muffins to cool before serving.
