Breakfast Egg Muffins

Delicious and easy-to-make breakfast egg muffins packed with turkey bacon and cheese.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon, cheese, and diced bell peppers.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
