  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the pork loin, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Once hot, sear the pork loin on all sides until browned.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
