Buffalo Tofu Wrap with Easy Vegan Ranch

A delicious and spicy Buffalo Tofu Wrap paired with a creamy and easy vegan ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into strips and marinate in buffalo sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the tofu in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in another pan.
  5. Assemble the wraps by adding tofu, lettuce, avocado, and ranch dressing to the tortillas.
  6. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by using a milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
  • Can substitute with seitan or tempeh if preferred.
