- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and sausage, cooking until browned.
