- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Fold in diced apples, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, and salt. Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars.
