  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in diced apples, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, and salt. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars.

Notes
