- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
