  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vegetable oil, and stir until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
