Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter until smooth, then add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
