  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a large bowl, combine quartered biscuit pieces, chicken mixture, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased bundt pan, spreading evenly.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate.
