  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and fill each with a slice of ham and cheese.
  3. Dredge each stuffed chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour, then add milk to create the sauce.
  6. Serve the chicken with the Swiss cheese sauce on top.
