Chicken Marsala Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until tender.
  4. Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
