  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

  6. Serve with marinara sauce and additional parmesan cheese.
