Ingredients

  • 200 grams chicken breast, minced
  • 200 grams prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, prawns, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onion until well combined.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal tightly.
  4. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve with Chili Tahini Sauce.

Notes

  • Keep the dumplings covered with a damp cloth while filling to prevent drying.
  • Adjust the chili sauce spiciness to your preference.
