  • 80 grams all-purpose flour
  • 40 grams cornstarch
  • 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 40 ml milk
  • 30 grams vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, and cocoa powder; gently fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
