  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the cinnamon roll dough with melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
  6. Spread half of the dough mixture in a greased springform pan.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough and then top with the remaining dough.
