Cold Artichoke Jalapeño Dip (TJ’s Copycat)

This Cold Artichoke Jalapeño Dip is a deliciously creamy dip that mimics the beloved Trader Joe’s version.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, jalapeños, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños.
