- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and then crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine the sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil.
- Drain the spaghetti and rinse under cold water, then toss with the sauce.
- Add the crumbled turkey bacon and veggies, mixing well.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon.
