  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in cranberries and pecans.
  6. Transfer the dough to a prepared baking sheet and shape into a ring.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
