Cranberry Brie Bites

Delicious and easy-to-make cranberry brie bites featuring savory turkey bacon, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 package refrigerated pastry dough
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, rind removed
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pastry dough and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a piece of brie cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Add a spoonful of cranberries and chopped turkey bacon on top of the brie.
  5. Drizzle honey over the filling.
  6. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, add a sprinkle of brown sugar on top before baking.
