  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. Add olive oil, onions, and garlic to the pot, cooking until softened.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring to prevent lumps.
