  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; sauté until mushrooms are soft.
  3. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and add to the pot.
  4. Stir in diced chicken ham, thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and blend until smooth.
  7. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream and turkey ham.
