  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, then add to the skillet and cook until browned.
