  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
