- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, and butter until smooth.
- Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the top is golden.
