Creamy Cheesy Potatoes

A delicious and creamy potato dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any meal.

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, and butter until smooth.
  4. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the top is golden.

Notes

  • For a crispier top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
