  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the smoked paprika and red pepper flakes, then pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked linguine, cooked steak, and spinach to the skillet. Toss until well combined.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
