A delicious and creamy deviled egg pasta salad made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
