Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak Pasta

A deliciously creamy dish that combines tender steak with pasta and a rich garlic parmesan sauce to create the ultimate comfort food experience.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and black pepper, then heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Slice the steak and place on top of the pasta.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Feel free to use other types of pasta if preferred.
