  • 2 cups potatoes, diced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the diced potatoes.
  3. Cook the potatoes until they are golden brown.
  4. Add the cod fillets to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
