Creamy Seafood Lasagna

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce, followed by a layer of noodles.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture, then add half of the shrimp and crab meat, and a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with marinara sauce and the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or parsley.
  • Make sure to rinse and drain canned seafood thoroughly if using.
