- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce, followed by a layer of noodles.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture, then add half of the shrimp and crab meat, and a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with marinara sauce and the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
