  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced chicken. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in cooked pasta and chopped bacon, then add Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined.
