- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet.
