  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Soak the brioche slices in the egg mixture for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the soaked brioche slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each slice and use a kitchen torch to caramelize it.
